1) Checking of alignment of the motor and pump and to ensure the smooth running of the   same without any abnormal sound.

2) Checking of the mechanical seal for proper functioning and any water leakage.

3) Checking and maintenance of the motor Winding.

4) Diagnosis and resolution of the various mechanical and electrical faults.

5) Checking of the PLC system for any abnormality.

6) checking and maintenance of the VFD for proper functioning.

7) Checking of the relay of panel for proper functioning.

8) Checking and maintenance of the control wiring and normal wiring for any overheating.
