Check Points for the  Pre-Planned Preventive Maintenance-Boom Barriers

1)      Checking of all piston system for oil leakage and the maintenance of the all its parts.

2)      Checking of the boom for the proper functioning and to ensure the proper alignment of the same.

3)      Checking of all the safety sensors for normalcy.

4)      Checking of all the reader systems for proper functioning.

5)      Checking of all the mechanical parts including nut & bolts and to ensure their proper functioning.

6)      Checking and service of all the control wiring associated with the boom barrier.

7)      Diagnosis of the any electrical and mechanical faults and their rectification.
