Standard  Operating Procedure- Air Handling Unit

Starting the Primary pump in "Manual" mode

Ensure that power is available for respective primary pump panel.

Switch ON the concerned primary pump MCCB

Keep the inlet and outlet valves of suction and delivery of chilled water open

Press the START push button in concerned primary pump panel

Ensure pump is in operation

Record the value of suction and delivery pressure in pressure gauge of primary pump

Keep monitoring the pump once in 2 hours

Stoping the Primary pump in "Manual" mode

Press the "Stop" push button on the concerned primary pump panel

Ensure the motor is in at rest.
