Apply Lock In & tag Out notice
Performance Check list
Inspect condition of shaft seal and for any leaks
If shaft seal is leaking, disconnect coupling and replace mechanical seal or repack seal
Lubricate pump bearings
Check for any loose connection  and tighten it properly
Check operating pressures from guage , if any ,  to ensure clean strainer. Clean pump strainer
Check tightness of foundation bolt
Check noise/vibration
check the V belt of the DG
Change the Filters of the engine, if required and service the engine
Check the butterfly valve for operation
Run the engine & note the parameters
Check Fuel tank for any leakage
check fuel line for any leakage & any physical brake/ Clamp
