PPM Check points-Chiller

Ensure that the standby machine is put on

Use Lock In & Tag out notice

Use personal protective device

Performance Check list

Check discharge, suction & oil pressure

Check pressure across oil filter, change filter

Physically check all joints, flare nuts for gas / oil leakage

Check set points of Chilled water flow system

Check current limit set point

Check CHW discharge, suction pressure and in case of water cooled chiller, check also for CDW

Check CHW inlet/outlet temp. difference

For aircooled m/c, clean condensor coil by water jet

Check proper functioning of condensor fan.

Clean machine

Check the motor control and protection unit for any loose connection and clean all components.

Tighten all cable terminations

Keep clean the pressure relief valve

Maintain the compressor bearing

Check for corrosion & treat it.

Check flow switch for normal operation

Check insulation on machine
