Common Area Housekeeping-Scope of Work

All common Areas of the Building including the driveways, approach roads, to the building/plot to be considered.
House Keeping	To be done 3 times a day , a through washing of area to be done on weekly basis
Deep  Cleaning OF Outside area i.e. area between the boundary wall and the building wall	To be done 3 times a day, a through cleaning to be done on Sundays/ off days.
Basement area and Service area	Twice A day  a through washing of area to be done on weekly basis
Facade Cleaning of glass areas	4 times in a year and as instructed by the BRHL
Cleaning of Lifts	Every 2 Hours and a through cleaning on Sundays / Off days
Cleaning of Security Room	Every 4 Hours and a through cleaning on Sundays / Off days
Set Back service Area	Every day, the set back area should be clean of any litters, debris, and unwanted items.
