PPM-Sump Pumps

Checkpoints Sump Pumps

Apply Lock In & Tag Out notice
Performance Check list
Check water level and operation of Auto/Mannual 
Check the tightness of the Sump pump Motor
Ensure drain is not clogged
Check pump is operation
Remove any dirt or debris from the Pump
Clean sump pit
Check for corrosion & treat it.
Check the test data of electrical point
Checklist for safety inspection on completion of PM
Remove signboard
Clean and check that no tools are left in Sump Pump Pit
