| Check for loose connections in the bus bar and tighten wherever required | ||
| Check & clean connection of switchgears & replace nut/bolts & cable termination socket wherever required | ||
| Check for any hot spots or overheating within the panel and take appropiate action | ||
| Blow out dust from the panel | ||
| Check & ensure earth continuity | ||
| Check for any sparking spots in TPN/MCB wherever applicable. | ||
| Check & ensure correct setting of Overload relay and time delay relays | ||
| Measure the load current and compare with rated current | ||
| Check For ducting motor | ||
| Check Indication Lamp | ||
| Check Auto/Mannual Switch | ||
| Check & ensure Motor connection is tight & not overheated |
