PPM Checkpoints-Fire Engine Panel Performance Check list
Check for loose connections in the bus bar and tighten wherever required
Check fire engine DB/Relay/Transformer/Connector
Check for AC Supply/DC Supply
Check for any hot spots or overheating within the panel and take appropiate action
Blow out dust from the panel
Check & ensure earth continuity
Check for any sparking spots in MCB/MCCB/DP wherever applicable.
Check & ensure correct setting of Overload relay and time delay relays
Measure the load current and compare with rated current
Check for contactor point for heating
Check Indication Lamp
Check Auto/Mannual Switch
Check & ensure Motor connection is tight & not overheated
Remove signboard
