Standard  Operating Procedure- D.G Auxialiary Panel

Switch "ON" feeder (DG Aux. Panel Operation)

In the  Panel keep the Selector switch for all Pumps/Ventilation fans  in Local mode

Check the indicators R,Y and B are glowing on respective  feeder of Pumps/fans

Check panel doors are closed

Check the incoming supply availability in ATS panel in both source.

Check and ensure that protective relays (Over current, Earth fault, Earth Leakage, Over/Under Voltage etc) are in normal mode.

Ensure that  OFF indication lamp is glowing

Ensure that rubber mats in front of panel is in place

Turn/push the  control switch/Start push button for "On" position .  The  ON indication lamp will also glow

ensure Off Indication is not glowing

Switch "OFF" feeder (DG Aux. Panel Operation)

Turn/push the  control switch/stop push button for "OFF" position .  The  OFF indication lamp will also glow
