While entering in to the Hi-End Maintenance Contract with service provider for the Facility Management,we need to have a contract with the service provider for the services to be provided during the tenure of that contract.So, we need to carefully develop the agreement for the same.Service Level Agreement (SLA),Scope of Work(SOW) and Key performance Indicators(KPI) are the fundamental and most vital parts of such contract.In this section We have described SLA,SOW,KPI such that it will help in building up a nice contract with minute details. Further down the line will help the facility manager to get the maximum benefits in managing the Hi-End Maintenace Teams.
